Journey

When You Check-In

We welcome you and your adult family members to Montgomery Cancer Center. At any time, please feel free to ask any of our staff members for information or assistance.

When you walk in our front doors, you'll quickly find that no one's a stranger here. On your first visit, you'll be welcomed by our registration staff. Make sure to bring your driver's license, insurance cards, and forms that we've mailed to you. If you need help filling them out, we'll be happy to assist. If you're new, we'll take a quick photo.

If you're an established patient coming in for a scheduled treatment, simply check in at an electronic kiosk and then stop by the registration desk for your encounter form.

Each time you come, you'll be guided by one of our many friendly volunteers to our on-site lab for a quick blood draw.

Then you'll see your doctor after being guided to the physician waiting area.
