Board-certified in internal medicine as well as Oncology, and Hematology, Dr. Nino has contributed to clinical research, published in peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented her work at national hematology and oncology conferences.

Dr. Nino completed her internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewoood, New Jersey. She went on to finish her hematology and medical oncology fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center at Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. While there, she received the distinct honor of Hematology & Oncology Chief Fellow.

Dr. Nino is board-certified in internal medicine as well as oncology, and hematology, and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and American Society of Hematology (ASH). She has contributed to clinical research, published in peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented her work at national hematology and oncology conferences. No stranger to our community, Dr. Nino has a long-standing reputation of treating hematology and medical oncology patients in Central Alabama.

Dr. Nino is married to a local internal medicine hospitalist. They are the proud parents of one son. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach with her family and traveling.
